Our professional commercial large chicken scalding machine/pot is a mixing type scalding machine,Steam heating or electrical heating. It heats evenly with good effect. Processing times are especially critical in the slaughtering department. For optimum feather removal, the right balance between temperature and scalding time should be applied. The longer it takes to loosen the feathers in the scalder, the further rigor mortis will set in, making it harder to remove the feathers. By means of effective scalding,the processing time can be reduced and the plucking result will be optimized.
This machine is used for the large slaughtering factory.The capacity can be customized by requirements of customers.
The scalding machine is easy to operate,automatic temperature control and automatic water feeding. And it is made of stainless steel,can meet the national hygiene food requirements. If you need the machine with other material and quantity is large, we can customize the machine for you.
