Introduction:
Chicken house poultry equipment consists of: Main feed line system; Automatic pan feeding system; Automatic nipple drinking system; Ventilation system with ventilation fan and air inlets; Environment control system; Cooling pad system; Fogging system; Heating system
Main feed line system:
The function of deliver system is to transmit the feed outside house to the hopper of feeding system inside, control system indicates delivery system to work automatically.Feed of chicken feeding house is stored in the silo, so as to save large amount of package, and also to ensure the health of feed. Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the daily consumption. Material of silo consist of galvanized sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic. If you don't use silo, you can use manpower hopper.Usually,if you just build one or two farm,we suggest you use hopper instead of silo.
Automatic pan feeding system:
There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve
automatically feed delivery. The motor will start working and deliver feed when the feed pan (with
sensor) lacks of feed and will stop working when the feed pan (with sensor) is full of feed.
Feed pan is the core of feeding system.
Automatic nipple drinking system:
The system provides flesh and clean water for birds, which is very vital to let the birds have a good
growing performance.
The system can make the chicken house environment better, it has become the necessary equipment
for standard poultry feeding.
